**The Opportunity**:
The Regional Parts Planner aims to proactively forecast major/minor components for all key account and model ranges within NZ. This role utilising Komatsu’s various data sources to process monthly stock replenishment orders for the NZ DC. Furthermore, this role will become familiar with our customer’s needs, implement improvements for increased component efficiencies and provide a timely and professional response to customer enquiries.

**What we are looking for**:

- Relevant trade and/or engineering qualifications
- Experience in maintenance/component planning
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement
- Strong computer mainframe experience, including Microsoft Suite, and Dynamics.
- Appropriate Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience.
- A Self-starter who can achieve goals unsupervised.
- A person who is focused on positive customer outcomes.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships at all levels.
- Someone willing to provide customer feedback during critical points of a job.
