Preventative Maintenance Fitter

At The Pride, one of New Zealand’s largest breweries, we craft some of the country’s most loved beverages. Behind every great brew is a strong preventative maintenance team keeping our equipment running smoothly - and that’s where you come in.
As a **Preventative Maintenance Fitter**, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production equipment reliable and cared for, executing maintenance plans that keep our brewery humming. You’ll work a permanent** night shift, 10:00 PM**to** 6:00 AM,**Sunday night through to Friday morning.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Supporting our site’s preventative maintenance strategy
- Partnering with the Asset Planner to schedule and deliver maintenance work
- Getting stuck into root cause problem solving to reduce downtime
- Helping deliver work orders efficiently
- Championing a safety-first mindset every single day
**What you bring to the table**:
- Dual or Mechanical trade qualification
- Experience in maintenance or reliability
- Great at engaging stakeholders and bringing people along for the ride
- Strong digital skills and a results-driven attitude
- Experience or understanding of production and packaging in FMCG
