Opportunity now available for a well organised person with the right mix of experience, knowledge and skills to provide quality administrative support to the staff and students in the School of Business for 30 hours per week.
Be part of a School that offers a wide range of programmes including Business, Accounting, Applied Management and Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Key tasks range from providing a quality reception and information service to staff and students, word processing/proofing a range of material, through to assisting with academic requirements/regulations and results, student orientations, achievement ceremonies, graduations, Information Days and meetings.
- The ability to prioritise, multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills-Excel, Word, Outlook and internet experience.
- A professional attitude with a willingness to help out the school where necessary.
- The ability to handle confidential or sensitive matters.
