Due to a retirement we now have an opportunity available for a well organised person with the right mix of experience, knowledge and skills to provide quality administrative support to our Domestic Student enrolments.

Be part of a team that processes enrolments from learners wanting to study at EIT/Te Pūkenga

Key tasks range from providing a quality information service to learners and appropriate staff, managing enrolments for a range of programmes through to ensuring documentation meets requirements and processing payments received.
- The ability to prioritise, multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
- Some Debtor and Creditor experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills-Excel, Word, Outlook and internet experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- A professional attitude with a willingness to help out within the team where necessary.
- The ability to handle confidential or sensitive matters.
- The ability to work remotely when required.
