An opportunity has arisen for a seasoned postgraduate lecturer and programme coordinator in the field of Business and Computing to join our Hawke’s Bay Team. Reporting through to our Head of School Faculty of Commerce and Technology this role will lead with a strong focus on practical, hands-on education, to prepare their students for successful careers in a rapidly evolving workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality lectures, workshops, and practical training sessions in Business and Computing at a Postgraduate level.
- Supervise learners completing L9 postgraduate projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering their growth and skill development.
- Develop and update curriculum to align with industry standards and emerging trends.
- Provide clearly defined learning objectives and learning outcomes.
- Monitor your performance and respond to learner feedback which leads to improved learner outcomes.
- Assess the performance of students and give appropriate feedback.
- Provide academic leadership and administrative co-ordination as Programme Co-ordinator.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- PhD required
- Teaching is required.
- Programme co-ordination experience required.
- Familiarity with education and industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
