**Your new role**

You will have a thorough understanding of NZ residential design, consenting and development process and confidently utilise your experience to ensure your projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality
- The ability to interact and communicate effectively and professionally.
- To respond to tender opportunities, manage the feasibility and design process
- Exceptional programme management, organisation, and communication skills
- Proven experience in the Residential development sector.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working with government, councils and managing consultants.
- Tertiary qualification and 5+ years’ experience in Development Management, Quantity surveying, Planning, Engineering, or similar
- Ability to carry out due diligence, financial analysis, planning, and reporting on progress
- Awareness of the cost of residential development
- The ability to work without management direction, use initiative and possess a positive attitude relationship driven.
- The ability to multitask, have flexibility to switch between priorities, work to deadlines and delegate work activities are also essential.
