With four live developments and more in the pipeline, the business is now seeking an experienced Residential Sales Specialist to join their inhouse sales team to drive sales for their current and upcoming apartment projects.

**The Opportunity**:
As a licensed REA salesperson, you'll be at the forefront of Precinct's residential offerings. Your role will be crucial in presenting and selling these exciting apartment developments, both for completed projects and those still in the construction or planning phases.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead sales efforts for our high-quality apartment projects, predominantly selling off-plan.
- Conduct engaging display suite viewings and manage open homes in completed developments.
- Contribute to developing and execute tailored sales and marketing campaigns for each development.
- Achieve sales targets while highlighting the unique features of each project.
- Manage and expand our database of potential buyers.
- Provide market insights to inform future development decisions.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales process.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Minimum of five years' experience in residential sales, with a proven track record.
- Expertise in selling apartments, including off-plan sales.
- Strong understanding of Auckland's diverse property markets, particularly across central Auckland suburbs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to articulate the unique selling points of each development.
- Passion for urban development and an understanding of the needs of modern apartment dwellers.
