Vikon Construction is currently seeking a Site Manager to join its team. In this new role, the Site Manager will need to manage multiple projects at various stages across Auckland. You will also need to regularly coordinate and liaise with the clients to ensure that the site works are being carried out to a high level of quality, to budget as well as to set time frames.

**Key responsibilities and duties**:

- Construction work quality control;
- Ensuring construction progress is delivered within the set time frame;
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety and solving potential safety hazards;
- Managing priorities and liaising with clients, contractors and suppliers, to ensure the construction proceed smoothly;
- Completing related site administrative work and reporting issues and problems to enable the improvement scheme.

**Your skills and abilities**:

- Relevant Site Management experiences in New Zealand;
- Having New Zealand working permit (citizen/PR/Working Visa);
- Holding valid and clear full New Zealand driving license, can drive truck.
- Excellent verbal and written in both Chinese and English is preferred;
- Conscientious, and excellent problem solving ability, able to work as a team;
- Having knowledge about site health and safety plan (Work Safe Certificate is preferable);
- Friendly, pleasant, diligence, and hard working characters.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- residential construction site management: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)

Licence/Certification:

- NZ working permit (required)
