**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Department Manager & 2IC in running the Department
- Supervising and managing staff on each shift as required
- Providing strong leadership to assist our team in delivering outstanding service
- Train staff in all aspects of the checkout, including customer service, till operation, customer feedback, security issues and accountability of monies
- Is helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.
- Foodstuffs Liquor Policy is strictly adhered to for 100% compliance.

**To be considered for this role**:

- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and our values
- Previous Supervisor experience is preferable but not necessary
- Supermarket or considerable retail experience is an advantage
- Exhibit a positive attitude, pay close attention to details, and maintain a strong sense of integrity and productivity.
- You take pride in your work and maintain high compliance standards at all times
- Can communicate effectively with customers and staff
- Computer literate
- It is an advantage if you have a current Managers Certificate. Otherwise, you must be able to attain one (Required min age 21 and police check)

**Position**

This position is a full-time position, and you must be flexible with hours, be able to work till 10 pm and at least one weekend shift. Remuneration will be discussed at the interview.
