To ensure we can continue to create an exceptional customer service experience for our customers we are looking for a Customer Service Extraordinaire to join our team.

**The Role**:

- Serve customers and be a key point of contact for customer queries.
- Provide support to the checkout team by organizing breaks and managing customer flow.
- Process restricted purchases.
- Support the Lotto counter.
- variety days and hours to be discussed closer to the appointment.

- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
- Barista and Lotto experience will be an advantage
- Experience been a supervisor will also be ideal
