We are working with a dynamic and innovative food manufacturer who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, delicious products. They prioritize both taste and regulatory compliance, and are driven by their passion for food and creating exceptional culinary experiences for their customers.

You will:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new food products that align with strategic goals.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Develop and refine recipes, considering ingredient sourcing, nutritional requirements, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Oversee pilot production runs and work with suppliers to source ingredients.
- Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing product-related queries and issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
- Experience in food product development.
