**Mō te Tūranga | YOUR ROLE**

As DevOps Environments Lead, your role is to provide simple, reliable, and effective environments to support the delivery of program outcomes. This will involve gathering requirements, building an environment strategy and detailed plan, and then implementing and continually improving over a multi-year program of work.

As a key role in the program, you will also be involved in decision-making and problem-solving across a wide variety of domains. You will work with a wide variety of business, program, and technology stakeholders.

We're looking for a **DevOps Environments Lead**, with excellent collaboration skills, a knack for innovation, and a focus on customer satisfaction, along with the following experience:

- IT Transformation and/or Greenfields experience - 8+ Years.
- Highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Know about testing best practices.
- Have a clear understanding of modern technology practices (DevOps, SRE).
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Desired personal or commercial insurance knowledge and experience.
