We are looking for a motivated, and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our innovative Research and Development team dedicated to providing exceptional features, products and solutions within a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team environment.

**As a DevOps Engineer in our R&D space you will be involved with**:

- The implementation, automation, and ongoing improvement and maintenance on both cloud infrastructure and deployment tools, as well as tools for building/packaging/testing on-premise products
- Working with the engineering teams and key stakeholders to automate and improve build/release tools and processes, perform configuration management and environment management practices, and ensure solutions are scalable and highly available.
- Writing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code and other automation scripts which meet our requirements and respect our coding style and best practices.
- Ensure optimal testing systems and procedures are integrated into build and release management systems.

- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Exceptional trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and reporting skills, both verbal and written
- Understanding of the access control industry and its practices
- Ability to adapt to change, work to deadlines and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example
- Demonstrating ownership and responsibility.
