Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is spread across a vast geographical area and centred across two hospitals based in Tauranga and Whakatāne. We serve a population of approximately 259,000 for the major population centres of Tauranga, Katikati, Te Puke, Whakatāne, Kawerau and Ōpōtiki. Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is one of the Bay of Plenty's largest employers with over 4000 staff.

**He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role**

Community Health 4 Kids (CH4K) have an Administration Support role available based at Tauranga Hospital. This opportunity is a full time 1.0 FTE position working eight-hour days.

There is the possibility that a job share will be considered - 2x 0.5 FTE positions that will work on a fortnightly basis of working 2 days one week and 3 days the next week (these will always be working eight-hour days). In the case of a job share, the ability to work up to full time hours at times would be helpful but not essential.

We are looking for someone who can manage the reception desk, phone calls, booking of appointments and data entry as these are core tasks of this role.

A variety of other duties ensures that no one day is the same.

The ideal applicant will:

- Demonstrate a passion for administration excellence
- Have previous experience managing multiple demands
- Be a confident communicator both verbal and written
