About The Role

As the Technical Lead in Azure Integration, you will play a critical role in designing, architecting, and implementing complex integration solutions using Microsoft Azure's integration services. You will lead a team of developers and collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements, develop integration strategies, and provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise in software development, the Microsoft development stack, and proficiency in C# and similar technologies will be instrumental in driving successful integration projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions As a senior team member, you'll be part of an exciting team and have the opportunity to mentor staff, investigate new technologies and support the overall strategic direction and development of the unit.

What You’ll Bring
- Lead the design and architecture of Azure integration solutions for clients, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Develop integration strategies and provide architectural recommendations to ensure effective integration between systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical leadership, guidance, and support.
- Design and develop integrations using Microsoft Azure integration services, such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
- Implement scalable and efficient data transformations, workflows, and APIs using relevant development technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, infrastructure engineers, and testers, to ensure seamless integration of components.
- Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Azure technologies, development frameworks, and industry trends
- Understanding of Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, iPaaS, SaaS etc.), Microservice Architecture, I&AM approaches
- Understanding of DevOps technologies, with the ability to work closely with the rest of the development team at a technical level
- Experienced with the release of APIs/Applications via CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer, with a focus on Azure integration projects.
- Strong background in software development using the Microsoft development stack, including proficiency in C# and similar technologies.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure integration services, such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, data transformation techniques, and API design principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with the capability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect, are a plus.
