Lead and build a chapter of Product Managers

A large enterprise organisation with a multitude of products consumed by the world at large is on the lookout for a Product Management specialist to refine their practices and lead a team of specialists.

With an existing crew of about ten Product Managers across the organisation, this will become their home Chapter, a zone where they'll refine their craft and share knowledge on best practices, helping to set standards. Your role will be to bring them all together into a finely tuned team.

If you're a very experienced Product Manager, looking to shift gear and take on a leadership role, this might be for you.

**In this role you'll**:

- Lead a team of experienced Product Managers (who are already in the business) and bring them together into a Chapter
- Set best practice standards for Product Management as a craft
- Share knowledge and educate the organisation on what Product Management is as a discipline, differentiating it from Product Owners and Delivery disciplines.
- Work closely with Product Owner and Delivery stakeholders to ensure they have what they need to succeed. Guide your team on doing the same.
- Work with the business to set vision and strategies for Product Management.

**To succeed in this role, you'll need these skills/background**:

- An impressive track record of Product Management in complex environments
- Ability to influence and bring product-led approaches to this business, driving discovery-led practices
- Ability to solve complex customer and business problems with wins on the board to illustrate your experience
- Tangible people-lead experience, not necessarily management, but definitely leadership
- A solid understanding of how technology teams work
- Experience in working with Agile teams
