**About this role**

Ballantynes are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable and Receivable Assistant to join our Finance team. As the Accounts Payable and Receivable Assistant your duties will include:

- Processing supplier invoices, credits, and payments
- Supplier account reconciliations and resolving outstanding queries
- Manage the debtors ledger
- Maintaining supplier records and documents
- Responding to internal, and external queries
- Other administrative duties as required

**Key skills required for this role include**
- Previous Office / Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Experience
- Strong IT Ability with experience using financial systems
- High level attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to identify problems before they become urgent

This is a permanent Full Time opportunity working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
