We have a terrific opportunity within our Finance team for an Accounts Payable professional. This role encompasses both Trade Payables and Media Payables, in addition to general finance administration tasks. Our dedicated Finance team of nine are an integral part of our busy fully integrated agency running both smoothly, and profitably. Working out of our vibrant Freeman’s Bay, Auckland office (and WFH), this position provides a rare opportunity to join our FCB Finance team, and enjoy the many benefits of working for a large multi-national Agency.
**The job**
The primary objective of this role is to assist the Accounts Payable team with processing invoices and internal production charges & payments through the system, in addition to maintaining vendor-related SOX documentation.
It’s a busy full-time role, which will give you a great grounding into the world of Agency finances. You’ll enjoy the opportunity to pick up using new systems and processes, which will be key to achieving your day to day responsibilities.
**What you’ll need to bring to the team**:
- You’ll have a good grounding in payables experience of 1-2 years
- The ability to pick up and use new systems. Pegasus knowledge would be advantageous, although not essential
- Supreme organisational skills and time management
- Ability to get along with people of all levels, demonstrated team building skills
- Exceptional numerical ability and attention to detail
- A positive, friendly, can-do attitude
- Naturally, you’ll have a positive, friendly attitude - be able to cope well with pressure, equally able to have a laugh and enjoy the light hearted side of FCB Agency life, one that our wider agency team of 150+ thrive in
