Senior Associate : Commercial Corporate, leading Boutique firm in CBD Auckland. Pathway to Partnership**Your new company**

This leading boutique law firm, based in the CBD, is well known for their quality work within corporate, commercial property and litigation matters. The firm provides an offering to clients which is different from larger firms and to this end, they are seeking a Senior Associate to join their Commercial Corporate team with a view to partnership.

**Your new role**

Working alongside a well known senior partner, you'll be responsible for leading a team to manage and drive the daily transactional work within the commercial corporate team, The firm works with quality clients among mid-market and high growth New Zealand companies in varies industry sectors. You''ll be involved in corporate structuring and restructuring, M&A, Investment funding, local and overseas business expansion and contractual arrangements. An interest in technology sector is an advantage but not essential.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You'll either be a high level senior associate seeking to grow your career within a specialist boutique firm or a partner in another firm seeking a new challenge and can bring a client base. You'll ideally have come from a top tier firm and possess extensive experience within commercial corporate matters You'll possess leadership qualities and enjoy mentoring and developing junior team members. Strong organisational and workflow management skills are essential together with a real desire to work your way towards partnership.
