We are looking for an Administrator to help our team with accounts, administration and sales coordination for our growing business.

**What will you do?**
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Preparation of financial reports
- Liaising with clients and the wider team
- Assisting with general administrative tasks
- Providing excellent customer service, including meeting and greeting customers in the showroom and showcasing our products
- Stocktaking and stock management

**What do you need?**
- 3 - 5 years of accounting experience in bookkeeping and credit control
- Customer service experience
- Solution-focused with a 'can-do' attitude
- Proficient in Xero, MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Flexibility to work 45 hour/week
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
