At Auckland Council, our Shared Support Services team provide outstanding administration and business support services to many business units across the organisation.
As our superstar administrator you will be driving the delivery of business outcomes through the provision of high-quality administration support and your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Meeting support, including minute taking
- Assisting with fleet compliance and maintenance (Clean Full or Restricted NZ License required)
- Event and workshop coordination
- On-site corporate building support including kitchen, mail and stationery in our CBD, Manukau & Albany offices.
