**Key components and focus points of this role include**:
- Analysis, recommendation and implementation of configuration changes
- Drive and assist in the innovation of new solutions across the company
- Drive new initiatives
- Project manage any initiatives assigned to you
- Build and maintain enduring relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders
**Further attributes and experience you will bring with you include**:
- Experienced and up-to-date with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform technology and its new features,
- Project management and negotiation
- Collaborative working style, strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
- Have had experience with or exposure to different student learning environments
- Excellent attention to detail communication and documentation skills
- Excellent problem solving skills using a logical thought process
- Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to deadlines
