We are seeking an experienced person to undertake business process duties in relation to student centric systems and provide training to staff using the student management information system and other systems related to enquiries and academic processes. This includes but is not limited to developing and delivering process and systems training material.

Our successful applicants will have:

- An undergraduate degree a relevant field.
- Certificate in Adult Teaching and Learning.
- Experience using student management information systems and other systems related to enquiries and academic processes.
- Previous training experience in a tertiary environment.
- Training/instructional design and delivery experience.
- Change management experience.

Experience in the Wānanga education sector, the ability to korero te reo Māori and a practicing knowledge of Tikanga Māori are also desirable.
