Bringing you the best street food from L.A. from the Baja Coast all the way to Mount Maunganui

**What we’ll love about you**:

- You will be a motivating and hands on leader - the team will be keen to follow you and come along for the journey
- You will be able to shift gears as required - there will be the need to change and flex in this role
- You understand the difference between “customer service” and creating a fantastic “customer experience” - creating the feeling of manaakitanga in your venue, with your customers and with your team
- You will be energetic and enthusiastic with great communication skills
- You can demonstrate previous success in leading and developing teams
- It’s going to be full on from the start, so being organised and good with time management is key
- You understand the numbers and have sound cost control and revenue generating ability
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality with at least 1 year in a senior manager role
- And of course, from the compliance angle you will need your LCQ/GM Certificate
