We are on the lookout for an IT superstar who can help with the day-to-day responsibilities of running our ANZ FLEETCOR network smoothly.
Are you a wizard when it comes to IT, able to work alongside FLEETCOR's Australasia's IT Operations team to efficiently maintain our daily office operations? At FLEETCOR you will join a diverse team of 4 who is responsible for all Infrastructure and System Processing support, with our software housed across three countries.

**About the role**
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, we are currently seeking a Senior System Administrator to join the team. The objective of the Senior System Administrator is to support and protect the Fleetcor ANZ network environment and maintain the smooth running of all systems.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following activities:
- Support PCs and Users in a growing Auckland office, maintaining mínimal downtime and quick resolution for user issues
- Build/rebuild/troubleshoot PCs and laptops
- Be the sole IT person onsite keeping the environment tidy and orderly
- Phone support - Unify, SF click-to-dial, Maas360, MyAgent
- Learn and support 24x7x365 system processing, including after hours on-call duties on alternating weeks
- Assist with marketing website maintenance with potential to support other Production websites providing online activities
- Provide level 3 support for administering a mostly Microsoft virtual environment with strict security and a chance to grow to higher levels
- Create/maintain documentation to a high standard
- Assist with security updates and enhancements
We require someone who available to work afterhours when required
