The Neptune Group operates market leading brands in shipping and logistics services across 18 Pacific Island markets. The Company is a vertically integrated providing supply chain solutions between worldwide markets and the Pacific Island. Neptune is the largest carrier in its core Pacific Island markets operating eight container ships and servicing eighteen Pacific Island nations. The downstream businesses include six container depot sites, six significant warehouse sites, substantial plant and equipment.

Job Description**
The Role**:
CRS Group is an independent Container Depot business providing full empty container services including storage, repairs, sales, modifications and leasing. CRS is undergoing an exciting transformation under new management. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring the efficient ongoing operation of the depot including running efficiencies, maintenance, cost oversight and management of the team. If you love variety this could be the role for you as you could be in the office or in the yard completing various tasks. This is a position where different doors may open if you go in and do well, so we want a driven person who knows what they are doing, but equally, always wants to learn, develop and progress.

Qualifications**
About you**:
You will have had a minimum of 2 years prior leadership experience, overseeing ideally having worked in a transport or logistics environment. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills as well as an excellent focus on safety are crucial for the role.

This role is boots on the ground. You will help to ensure all depot operations are carried out with the greatest accuracy possible. Your fantastic organisational and time management skills will ensure you meet and exceed depot timeframes and targets. We need somebody with a sharp, methodical mind, that can juggle multiple priorities efficiently while working in the yard doing a variety of depot tasks such as inspecting, washing, paining & repairing Shipping Containers. You will be a self-starter who has a strong work ethic, commitment to attendance and is flexible.

You will also have the ability to pass Ministry of Justice, ACC checks and a drug and alcohol test as part of our recruitment process.

Additional Information**
Hours of Work**:
A minimum of 40 hours a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.00am -5.00pm. Flexibility to work overtime to meet operational requirements will be required. Rostered Saturdays 7.30am - 12.30pm. Great overtime rates offered
