We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Customer Account Migration Specialist** to join our dynamic team on a **2 -year fixed term contract**. As a vital part of our Mitre 10 Transformation data migration plan, you will play a crucial role in interpreting, analysing, and drawing meaningful insights from both large and small datasets.

**Responsibilities will include;**
- Coordinating the data migration process from start to finish, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Cleanse and analyse customer account data, making necessary changes and filling gaps in our systems to maintain accurate sources of truth.
- Assist stores in preparing their accounts for migration and liaise with customers to collect additional data as needed.
- Lead communications with stores and customers, maintaining records of all interactions.
- Ensure all customer accounts are ready for SAP data sheet loads.

**Experience and Capabilities Required**:

- Strong data analysis experience
- Ideally have exposure to SAP
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
