Working as a Customer Support Representative at Ablany Stadium Pool, right from the first smile, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customers, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same We have 2 permanent 40-hours positions, working** Sunday to Thursday** or **Tuesday to Saturday** **#1 Sudnay to Thursday** Sun 10am - 6:30pm Mon 5:15am - 1:45pm Tue 6am - 2:30pm Wed 1:30pm - 10pm Thu 1:30pm - 10pm **#2 Tuesday to Saturday** Tue 5:15am - 1:45pm Wed 6am - 2:30pm Thu 5:15am - 1:45pm Fri 1:30pm - 10pm Sat 10:45am - 7:15pm Our centre operates 7 days a week from 5:30am to 9:30pm, reliability, and commitment to working early, late and weekend shifts are crucial, and the shift pattern may change according to the business needs. **He kōrero mōu: About you** You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customers' needs. You’re outgoing and enthusiastic nature, combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, is the key to success in this role.
