**Job summary**

We’re looking for a dynamic Graduate to join our Marketing and Communication team. This is a perfect role for those who thrive in a vibrant and successful environment and want to be a part of a fun and collaborative team.

You will work directly with the Communications and Stakeholder Manager and collaborate with the wider team to enhance our marketing presence across various channels, both internal and external.

In this role, you will get the opportunity to work across:

- Various internal and external campaigns
- Developing and maintaining our short and long term marketing strategies to engage with current and potential clients leading to better engagement
- Work with the team to create compelling content across our social media, website, and other channels
- Producing marketing and communications collateral
- Coordinate and supervise video and photography shoots
- Digital and offline assets for use across all marketing channels
- Coordinate and deliver marketing events

**Key roles and responsibilities**
- Support the Marketing and Communications strategy through the delivery of creative content that aligns with our strategic goals and objectives.
- Write and design promotional material for newsletters, website, brochure, EDM’s and presentations that augment the company’s presence in the market.
- Develop and foster high-value partnerships through engaging with key internal stakeholders, liaising with external suppliers and contractors

**Skills and experience you'll bring to the role**
- Excellent communication skills, especially strong creative abilities for curating, proofing, and editing consumer-facing material.
- Proficiency in business copywriting and the skills needed to create visual content including newsletters, website, brochure collateral and advertising.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills are essential; ability to create rapport and empathy towards inspiring a positive culture.
- Hold a Drivers Licence.

**About you**
- Proven experience of designing and executing marketing collateral and strategies
- Passionate about making connections and building relationships
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent (advantageous)
- The role will oversee a number of marketing areas, so a high-level understanding of the following is advantageous:
- Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign- PowerPoint - with experience in creating presentations- App Design including UX, UI, and implementing functional layouts and prototypes
