**About the Finance Graduate Role**

You’ll rotate through key areas of our Finance team, gaining exposure to:

- Month-end and year-end financial reporting
- General ledger maintenance and reconciliations
- Management accounting, analysis, and budgeting
- Accounts payable/receivable processes
- ERP systems (Microsoft D365), Excel modelling, and data-driven reporting
- Supporting audit, compliance, and financial control activities
- Working closely with stakeholders in operations, sales, and IT

You’ll have opportunities to develop a well-rounded understanding of finance in a commercial environment, with support to pursue further studies or qualifications if desired.

**Requirements**:
We’re looking for graduates who are analytical, driven, and ready to grow. You’ll ideally have:

- A recent or soon-to-be-completed degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Commerce (BCom)
- Strong attention to detail and a love of numbers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- The right to work in New Zealand
