**Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a Planning & Delivery Manager to lead the development and delivery of our Access portfolio roadmap - a key enabler of our long-term strategy. This newly created role is all about turning planning into action and making a real impact on how we deliver change at Chorus.

You’ll bring structure and clarity to our planning processes, ensuring we’re focused on the right priorities and delivering at pace. From managing our quarterly planning cycles to tracking performance and aligning resources, you’ll be the go-to for keeping our Access initiatives on track and future-fit.

You’ll work across a wide network of stakeholders - from internal teams to external partners - to ensure our roadmap is robust, our delivery is seamless, and our planning is always one step ahead.

You’re a natural planner with a sharp analytical mind and a knack for bringing people together. You know how to influence with respect, and you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo to drive better outcomes.

Here’s what you’ll bring:

- Demonstrated experience in resource planning and delivery - you turn planning into action.
- Experience leading planning and delivery processes in agile or adaptive environments.
- Creation of business unit portfolio plans and roadmaps with key stakeholder input.
- Strong understanding of project approval governance frameworks
- Confidence working with data to inform prioritisation and decision-making.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence across diverse teams.
- A passion for continuous improvement and future-focused thinking.
