Manager Research Technician
**Position Purpose**:This is a senior management role within Massey Agricultural & Horticultural

Enterprises (MAHE).

The Research Operations Manager is responsible for line management and
coordination of staff providing Research platforms for clients undertaking

research on the MAHE farms, including other technicians and casual staff. The
Senior Research Technician will also provide direction and training to Farm

Technicians and Farm Staff as required.

Other key activities include developing and maintaining clear protocols for the
collection of samples and data from a range of sites, overseeing a risk register and

implementation of health and safety practices, coordinating the processing and
collation of these data to prepare reports and publications, to support the
General Manager & Operations & Sustainability Manager.
