In this busy role you will enjoy working collaboratively as one team in a challenging and fast paced environment. Your day-to-day role will see you proactively providing a range of administrative services, including:
- Reception and phone duties are a key component of this role; this will include liaising with our management team and other stakeholders
- Creating and Processing files
- Maintaining records and file management and ensuring correspondence, reports and other documentation meet Department timelines and standards
- Provide administration support across the site including setting up meeting invitations and locations, taking minutes, and recording actions
- Ability to multitask and be adaptable to handle situations as they arise
- Able to demonstrate ability to manage competing deadlines, showing agility and resilience under pressure
You will be a friendly, approachable individual with a cheerful manner who is only too happy to help out your team. Your strengths will be:
- Sound administration experience and computer literacy: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills in Word, and Excel
- Experience and knowledge of office administration would be an advantage, but is not essential
- Well organised, you are able to effectively prioritise and meet deadlines
- You have excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to a wide mix of people
- You are an enthusiastic team player but equally able to work independently when required
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Past experience in preparing reports and knowledge of administrative checking and processes
- Resilience when dealing with difficult situations

Utu ā-tau | Salary
The mid point of the salary range is $49,348 and the full range (85%-120%) is $47,216 - $55,203. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
