**Job Description**:
At TOMRA Food we are committed to our brand and as we continue to invest globally, we are looking for a passionate and driven Category Marketing Manager to join our team. You will report to the VP, Head of Marketing and your work will be purposeful, and you will play an important role in helping the business achieve some exciting goals.
Here's a sneak peek into some of what you will be doing:
- Working collabratively globaly with Brand, Communication and Marketing teams
- Develop focused plans and activity framework
- Create specific marketing plans
- Plan and execute participation at industry conferences, trade shows, regional events, and TOMRA-led market activities.
- Monitor trends in marketing and ensure an innovative level of marketing within TOMRA Food.
- Work with marketing software / CRM system, including reporting and assessment of the effectiveness of (post-)campaign feedback.
**Qualifications**:
About you:
- Experience in any of the following systems: Hubspot, Marketo or Dynamics 365
- Global experience is nice to have, but you will have a global mindset
- Ideally 7+ years’ experience, but more importantly you will be an all-rounder who is proactive and wants to create an impact
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, experience in building & nurturing effective relationships
- Open to travel to meetings and events, and to working with different time zones
