HR Manager

With the development of our business, we would like to hire a HR Manager to manage our team.
**Your responsibility**:
- Maintain and update company database (including invoice, check
- up account)
- Identifying, implementing and managing process improvements to ensure efficient business practices
- Liaise with external clients and internal employees to coordinate business practice and client relationship, to facilitate the solutions of the problems and answer queries
- Deal with customers’ complaints and ensure customer relationship securely maintained
- Ensuring offices are maintained to a high standard, operating effectively and comply with Health & Safety regulations and other relevant government legislation and policies
- Assign, coordinate and manage the workflow of the office staff
- Maintain and update physical and electronic records and filing, administrative policies and procedures, database systems
- Compute, record, proofread and assist with the presentation of documents and data
- Organize staff/business meetings and manage the record
- Maintain records such as holiday and leave record, time and wage records for company accountant to manage the payroll and accounting system
- Assist other managers to recruit, hire and training
- Maintain office staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees;
- Actively participate in the company hiring process, including assist in the drafting of job
- Advertisements, arrange interviews, perform reference checks, draft employment agreements
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
**Other expectations**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
NZ citizen/resident would be prioritised for assessment for this role.
