In the role of People & Culture Manager, reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be an integral part of the Senior Management Team. **Qualifications**:

Your exceptional interpersonal skills, resilience and ability to build rapport and influence others are crucial to your success in this role, as you embrace the opportunity to lean in and collaborate closely as a trusted partner. You will be known as someone of good judgement, being both pragmatic and down to earth. Your experience will be supported with a tertiary qualification in HR and a sound understanding of New Zealand employment and health and safety legislation and practice.
