We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic and resourceful business manager to support our teams to achieve their service delivery and growth targets through risk and opportunity management. As a key member of the senior team you will be able to support financial, business planning and administration aspects of the business. You will provide direction working across all services which encompass community based and clinic oriented rehabilitation and treatment services delivered by a range of specialist allied health, technician and facilitator teams, nationwide.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee contractual reporting and contractual compliance
- Support operational deliverables including:

- business unit performance outcomes
- contractual, service delivery and personnel reporting requirements
- budget management and financial sustainability
- engagement with stakeholders (internal and external)
- growth through identified business opportunities
- Work with other Geneva service delivery and business development teams to implement growth and key performance initiatives
- Collaborate with Geneva leaders to implement new projects and streamline processes
- Quality oversight and review including meeting audit requirements
- Support with design and implementation of business plans and strategies
- Support with budget preparation and ongoing financial reporting
- Engagement with stakeholders including funding agencies
- Development, implementation and review of policies and procedures relating to service operations
- Working collaboratively with the Referral Team Leader and Clinical Management, focusing on process improvement, efficiencies and excellence in customer service

- Business management qualification and several years’ experience
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment within a business with large growth goals
- Proven analytical and commercial acumen experience
- Proven operations, management, financial and leadership skills
- Ability to engage and build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
