This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic business banker to join our team. In this growth role, you will be part of a national phone-based team engaging directly with our SME customers and helping Kiwi businesses thrive. You will be covering all functions of portfolio and relationship lending and transaction banking for our Business Banking SME customer portfolio.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

- Experienced Business Lending Specialist who is self-motivated by the desire to provide excellent customer service
- Practical experience in credit analysis and lending across business or commercial banking
- Demonstrable knowledge of general business with an awareness of market and industry trends
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to maintain positive connections
- Sound financial literacy with the confidence to educate our customers
