We're looking for a Medical Receptionist to join the team at our branch based in Mercy Hospital, Epsom. This is a permanent fulltime position working Monday to Friday day shifts. **The role**: At Mercy Radiology, we believe all patients deserve a nurturing hand, listening ear, and empathetic approach - no matter how small or serious the issue. As our **Medical Receptionist**, you're the first person our patients and customers meet, so you need to provide a smiling face and professional efficient admin service, adding to the quality experience we offer all our patients. You'll focus on scheduling, greeting, and managing our patient's appointments, from initial diagnostic appointment onwards. **About you**: Ideally, you'll be an experienced Medical Receptionist and be confident interacting with a range of patients and clinicians.
