Having taken our Talent Acquisition Model globally in - house in December 2023, we are excited to share that our transformation journey has been incredibly successful. We have built a team of passionate people who are driven by connecting the right people to enable success, and are now looking for a talented and driven Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a six month Fixed term.
- **About the opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga**As a team, we connect people with meaningful career opportunities and provide the business with the resources they need to find the right people for their teams. Working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines, a day in the life will include:
- Advertising vacancies
- Pre-screening applicants
- Coordination of interviews and references
- Processing pre-employment checks, collation of paperwork and onboarding new starters
- Monitoring our Recruitment Inboxes
- Career expo and community event involvement
- Participation in continuous improvement projects

This is an exciting development opportunity for someone looking to get into internal recruitment. Please note this is a fixed term opportunity, and are open to the role being 32 or 40 hours per week.
