**About the role - Kōrero mō te tūranga**
As a Learning Advisor, you will play a pivotal role within our forward-thinking People & Capability (P&C) team. You will spearhead the development of content and resources to create learner-centered and meaningful experiences. You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating closely with the People and Capability team and stakeholders across NZRC to deliver exceptional learning solutions aligned with our people and strategic goals.
- Designing and developing cutting-edge e-learning and digital content that is engaging, relevant to our humanitarian work.
- Proactively consulting with business stakeholders to anticipate needs and deliver impactful learning experiences.
- Working alongside the Principal Advisor Learning and Organisational Development to future-proof our learning solutions, making them intuitive and impactful for our people.
- Maintaining and managing content and users as required across our learning management system, Aspire.

To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Experience in adult learning methodologies and design thinking.
- A collaborative approach to working, with creative problem-solving and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
- The ability to manage high volumes of work without compromising quality, and to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated to stay up to date with trends in digital learning and a readiness to drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with leaders, stakeholders, and other partners.
- Experience using Articulate 360 and Adobe Create Cloud is ideal but not essential.
