**As the Senior Learning & Development Advisor you will**
- Lead the delivery of L&D services for the organisation.
- Identify, develop, design and deliver impactful and effective learning solutions to enhance organisational capability and performance.
- Work with managers across the organisation to develop learning programmes that supports its people to grow and develop.
- Be experienced and confident in providing blended learning and distance learning solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with senior leaders and managers across the organisation and external stakeholders.
- Project manage learning and development plans.

**To be successful you will**
- Have previous experience in a Learning and Development role.
- Be an excellent communicator with sound judgement, listening skills, and the ability to see the potential in others.
- Have the ability to build strong relationships and provide guidance at all levels.
- Bring your enthusiasm, empathetic approach and passion for working for an organisation that supports communities in times of crisis.
