**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity available in our Customer Assist team as the Head of Conduct.

This integral role is responsible for formulating and operationalising the bank's approach to Customer Conduct to improve conduct maturity & customer outcomes.

Day to day you will:

- Lead the development of the Enterprise Conduct strategy and embed the Conduct risk framework to strengthen risk management culture and behaviours
- Lead Conduct Metric Reporting including reporting to the Executive Team and Board - this includes evolving the metrics and focusing on international best practice

The successful applicant for this role can be based anywhere in New Zealand - fully remote working.

**Ōu Pūkenga | About You**

We are looking for a senior, experienced leader with prior experience within the conduct space (5 years plus). You will need to have experience dealing with regulators & policy makers on principles-based regulation. This role requires experience working closely with senior enterprise leaders as including board members and stakeholders.

To be successful you will also have:

- 10 years + experience in financial services industry
- Governance experience
- Senior leadership experience
