**The Opportunity**

Working in the Group ICT team due to increased work levels, the focus will be on providing effective and efficient Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) support to all users across the business. My client is needing someone looking to grow their experience in Helpdesk and Microsoft 365 products in a Windows 10 operating environment. Providing 1st and 2nd level support for user requests and promptly resolve various software and hardware issues.

Your day will be full, interesting, and varied and all the while working with great people who will appreciate having you on board. You’ll be able to provide a friendly customer service to the people in the business asking for your help, manage your own day, taking pride in your work and a willingness to learn is essential as on the job training will be available.

To cement your success you will offer experience delivering a high quality standard of service internally, have the ability to manage, prioritise or escalate - incidents and Service Requests aiming to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, while providing end-user IT support for hardware and software.

We are looking for someone who is switched on with a positive and optimistic mindset bringing a can-do attitude. You will need to have common sense, enjoy being the coordinator of all things building related, reliable, and have clear verbal and written communication skills along with a
