**End User IT Support / Helpdesk Lead**

You are a “technology enabler”, someone who likely knew what the inside of a computer looked like before you could walk, and enjoy learning new things every day, putting that knowledge to good use by supporting those around you and enabling and empowering them to use technology to do things better, smarter.

Every user support interaction is an opportunity to learn something new, share your knowledge, delivering a compelling experience to end users on all their IT needs. Alongside this you will be leading IT-specific projects within FPT and collaborating with the wider F&P IT function where needed.

**About you**:
Naturally, you will have a few years of IT end-user support experience, performing 1st and 2nd line support, and have a few projects under your belt that you are proud of.

You will be directly supporting 100+ NZ/AU-based employees, contractors, and partners along with indirectly supporting China-based staff in conjunction with our IT-based support person in China.

Furthermore, you will provide consultative guidance to users, working with the business on the design or installation of new systems, onboarding, and offboarding end users, and working with IT Management to ensure systems are in line with IT policies and standards, and international best practices. We run enterprise software within Microsoft, Apple, and Linux environments, and ideally, you will have experience in a similar enterprise environment.

If you have experience working in a helpdesk or IT user support environment with excellent system administration and troubleshooting knowledge, are passionate about customer experience, and love working at a fast pace, we’d love to hear from you

Any related qualifications such as ITIL or Microsoft Specific ones will be advantageous, but if you don’t have those yet and perhaps are not as senior as this role calls for but have a great attitude and eagerness to learn as you go, please still apply
