**About Us**

Pacificomm Group is a leading distributor of handsets, tablets and accessory products, merchandising and support services to customers and partners within New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Region. We work with a number of excellent brands within major retail stores throughout New Zealand.

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated merchandiser to help us look after our New Zealand clients across Christchurch.

**About the Role**

This role assists our high performing business in creating a positive shopping experience for customers. You will visit our customer stores within the agreed time frames, liaise with store managers, be responsible for restocking shelves and building compelling displays, keeping displays tidy, and importantly, will build excellent relationships with stores and clients. We will rely on you to be in the stores at allocated times. You will work closely with store staff to educate them about new accessories and products and use your insights to identify and close new sales opportunities where they present themselves.

**Travel Requirements**

You will be based in Christchurch and comfortable travelling the wider region, so some overnight travel is required and you must have a full driver license.

- You love technology and are excited about new products and accessories appearing on the market
- You bring creative ideas into the business, and have a proven record of building strong relationships with stores and customers
- Able to work independently in stores, but also as a part of our team
- You are honest and reliable
- Ideally you will have experience in merchandising, stocking and restocking, and know how to build an appealing display
