We are seeking a dynamic Talent & Culture Advisor to join our team across the 2 Hotels If you're passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture, driving employee development & engagement, and ensuring compliance with Accor's industry-leading practices, we want YOU Be at the forefront of recruitment, employee relations, training, and workplace safety while making a significant impact on our vibrant hotel environment
- Support the management of the Talent & Culture Department across the 2 Hotels, ensuring adherence to all hotel policies, local regulations, and employment practices.
- Coordinate with departments for employee requisitioning and facilitate orientation, training, development, and evaluation in accordance with established standards.
- Facilitate adherence to the Accor Performance Management process by Department Managers and provide assistance in handling Employee Relations issues.
- Create and maintain Human Resources documents, including correspondence, reports, and forms, while ensuring compliance with established policies.
- Collaborate with union representatives as necessary and oversee the maintenance of a safe and welcoming work environment, being responsible for our Hotels WHS.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in hospitality-focused human resources or talent management roles.
- Strong grasp of employment laws, recruitment practices, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & a passion for our greatest asset = our people
- Proven ability to multitask, solve problems, and maintain meticulous attention to detail in managing various HR functions and fostering a positive work environment.
