**Your Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and team-oriented Line Manager to take the reins of our GMP Manufacturing area within our innovative East Tamaki plant.

This role is pivotal to our business. You’ll oversee manufacturing lines within our GMP area, and lead the team to meet manufacturing schedules and exceed performance targets. Critical to your success will be your experience in managing multiple manufacturing lines, ensuring workplace health & safety, undertaking continuous improvement projects and having excellent people management skills.

Whilst leading from the front, you will be responsible for motivating, developing and empowering a sizeable team to reach their professional and personal goals. A natural passion for leading teams, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will make you stand out from the crowd.

Up to date knowledge of GMP requirements will be essential to ensuring your team follows current GMP best practices. Ideally, you will also be familiar with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies; or have a strong desire to learn how to use these techniques to maximise performance in a complex environment.

Your commitment to continuous excellence and innovation will assist you in driving continuous improvement projects with your team, as will a demonstrated ability to manage processes, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
