At New World Victoria Park, we are out here trying to provide a sweet experience to make life easier for the customer. And now, we are looking for a part-time Checkout Supervisor to help the store deliver awesome experiences

**Position: Thursday, Friday 12:30pm-8pm & Saturday 9:30am-8pm**

**The Role**:

- Lead a team of about 20-30 people for front of house duties
- Assist with customer queries to ensure our customer promises are upheld
- Work alongside your 2IC and Manager to ensure compliance measures are met
- Maintain a healthy and safe work-life culture.
- Inspire your team to achieve KPI's.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

**What are we looking for?**
- 1-2 years previous checkout/customer service experience preferred
- Customer & Results Focused - Adopts a “service” mentality at all times regardless of their position or experience, genuinely enthusiastic about the difference service makes to the customer and success of the business
- Strong communication (verbal and written), relationship management, negotiation skills
- Successful applicants must have impeccable personal presentation standards, a high degree of self-motivation and be completely reliable and a team player.
- Physically fit and healthy
