Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
In this full-time permanent Senior Operational Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and continuous improvements of the operational services for the Qlik Sense and Qlik Cloud Business Intelligence platforms and tools.
You will be working with existing Business Intelligence technologies that have been implemented as well as the emerging technologies and services in the long term.
Within this role you will provide senior level support and advice on Qlik Cloud solutions to Te Whatu Ora and its clients where you will be ensuring that Ministry strategies, policies and solutions are aligned to professional standards and best practice.
In this role you will be part of a rostered team, that ensures Data Pipeline support over the hours of 7am to 7pm, with a flexible roster of start and finish times.
Mōu | About you
You will have a tertiary professional level qualification and you will have been working within Business Intelligence solutions for a minimum of five years.

**This role requires and/or would benefit from the following**:

- Experience with Cloud Business Intelligence technologies, using Qlik Cloud or similar Business Intelligence Tools
- Ability to perform root cause analysis on internal and external data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Previous experience identifying and implementing process improvement
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex issues and information and able to present in simple and clear ways to enable effective decisions
